Mankind are helpless. They must ask for Madad from Allāh ﷻ and mashāyikh. A group claiming to be Ahlu s-Sunnah claim this to be shirk. Neither mind nor logic can comprehend this.
Allāh ﷻ warns us of believing a fāsiq. Who is the fāsiq? With this machine in their hands this matter has become much worse. Beware, don’t believe and don’t harm.
The most important attribute of our Prophet ﷺ was his ﷺ mercy. Now people are not only not merciful but also oppressive. One must follow a murshid to stay steadfast on the right way in the time of fitnah.
Who doesn’t thank people doesn’t thank Allāh ﷻ. In our four-day trip to the Balkans, we saw what our Ottoman ancestors have done of goodness for Islām. We must thank them for with their barakah Islām stood firm and is still standing.
Direct connection to our Holy Prophet ﷺ is only through ṭarīqah; not through Jamā’ah. To attain īmān kāmil (perfect) is only through connecting with a murshid. Pay attention to that.
The ego commands evil. It’s normal for mankind to sin but they must ask forgiveness. Allāh ﷻ created us as such and has shown us the way. But people follow their egos; few are who ask forgiveness.
In every time, those astray laugh at the righteous ones. They try their best to lead you astray. Be careful. Allāh ﷻ says, in the hereafter they will laugh at them. Who laughs last wins.
It is by Allāh’s ﷻ wisdom that people get married. When Allāh ﷻ decrees it, He ﷻ brings them together in unexpected places. What matters is that they are on His ﷻ way. Marriage becomes beautiful only if it pleases Allāh ﷻ.
Allāh ﷻ has shown us everything clearly but people are not following. Ego orders evil. We must control it especially with our children starting from a young age. If you don’t control their egos, affliction will befall you.
For every sitting a speech. People today think not speaking is rude whereas speaking in some places shows their ignorance. Know when to speak and when to remain silent for this is from adab.
Allāh ﷻ says, those who hear a word and follow its best have won. First comes the Qur’an and Ḥadīth then advices from others. If it’s the truth, you must accept it even if it doesn’t suit your ego.
Allāh ﷻ is making us say in this ayah, “We do not trust our egos.” You can defeat your ego but don’t trust it. After defeating it, don’t rejoice in your victory; you must continue fighting it.
Allāh ﷻ has granted virtue only for those who love him. The others are cheated by shayṭān and have fell into his trap. Only who accept his ﷺ intercession will attain it.
Today, we are going to Cyprus to celebrate the Mawlid. It will bring great benefits, in shā’a Llāh. Loving our Prophet ﷺ is farḍ. His ﷺ love is what saves us from hell.
There are those who cheat others in business and scales, and there are those cheated because of not writing down. People must be careful. Write it down! It is Allāh’s ﷻ order not my saying.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ for granting us these barakahs of the blessed Rabih Al-Awwal. The 1500th Mawlid of our Holy Prophet ﷺ is a beautiful sign and good tidings for the coming of Sayyidina Mahdi (as), in shā’a Llāh.
All our deeds are presented upon Allāh ﷻ and our Prophet ﷺ so do good. What’s necessary is their pleasure and love. It is inestimable according to the worldly values.
If you’re guided, those astray cannot harm you; even if the whole world is against you. Be on the right way and don’t care. Stubbornness is the biggest attribute of kufr.
This dunyā, the universe were created for the honor of our Prophet ﷺ. Dunyā is both a sacred place and a place of test. There are two types of running after dunyā and Allāh ﷻ has made both ways easy.
Make shukr to Allāh ﷻ that you were destined to love him ﷺ. People must know that this is a grace and kindness of Allāh ﷻ. It is not destined for everyone. Benefit is in loving him ﷺ and not in memorizing the Qur’ān without loving him ﷺ.
The blessed month of Rabih Al-Awwal has started. It is a month of relief and happiness after the heaviness of Safar. Allāh ﷻ sent our Prophet ﷺ as a Mercy to the worlds. Following him ﷺ is obligatory for us; it brings us happiness here and hereafter.
Not one person bears the sin of another. Only if a person forces or teaches others to commit a sin, he will bear the sin of each one who does it. Don’t question Allāh ﷻ! Repent and ask forgiveness.
This year’s Safar ul-Khayr was a bit heavier. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, it ended safely and we are entering the blessed Rabih Al-Awwal. The blessed day of his ﷺ birth is as precious as Laylatu l-Qadr. Salvation is only with Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām, not through any worldly system.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, make it easy, don’t make it difficult. Give good tidings. People have waswasa about their worships, ablution, rābita and so – as long as it’s for Allāh ﷻ, He ﷻ accepts it. Mashāyikh show ease.
Allāh ﷻ commanded the night Qiyām upon our Prophet ﷺ even before descending the Qur’ān. The night prayers have great rewards and virtues. It is one to a thousand.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, hope for good, you will find it. The last Wednesday of Safar is heavy but sadaqah fends off affliction. No need to panic. Do the duties of this day, Allāh ﷻ will protect you.
There is corruption everywhere in this world now and that is because of mankind. They have opposed everything Allāh ﷻ says. Due to His ﷻ mercy, that harm will not touch believers.
Allāh ﷻ showed people two ways: the way of happiness or wretchedness. The real eternal is that on the right way. Whoever goes on the the way of Allāh ﷻ will have eternal happiness here and hereafter.
Most people today are living in distress and that is because of one great trouble: forgetting Allāh ﷻ. Who remembers Him ﷻ will have an easy and beautiful life.
This is something that most people are doing today. Slandering the innocent and ruining their lives is a great sin. Don’t think that you will go unaccounted for condemning an innocent person. Muslims especially must think of the account they will give.
If you commit a sin then repent and ask forgiveness, Allāh ﷻ forgives you. But if you violate others’ rights, Allāh ﷻ doesn’t interfere in that; you must ask forgiveness from the servant. That includes harming people, animals and even water.
This time is the greatest danger. Don’t approach the door of sins; it can be materially and spiritually. And don’t persist on committing sins. Ask forgiveness and Allāh ﷻ will forgive you.
Mankind must know this: nothing resembles Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He ﷻ created time and space. He ﷻ is not bound by them. Trying to make Him ﷻ fit into a time or space is kufr.
All mankind sin, but if they ask forgiveness, Allāh ﷻ forgives them. Ask forgiveness everyday, Allāh ﷻ will erase the sins and put rewards in their place.
Brotherhood of īmān is more important than actual brotherhood. One must support and defend his Muslim brother even in his absence. Reconciling them brings Allāh’s ﷻ mercy upon people.
There are some people who followed others, and made a mistake. No need to continue making that mistake. Flee to Allāh ﷻ. Don’t insist and be stubborn knowingly as Abu Jahl.
People blame everything on jinn and magic now. In this time, there’s something worse than jinn and magic. You must protect yourself and your family everyday by doing those instructions.
Unfortunately, now is the time of forbidding goodness and beauty and enjoining evil. But the Himmah of mankind can move mountains if he wants, Allāh ﷻ willing. Follow Allāh’s ﷻ order and don’t care about the rest.
Allāh ﷻ glorifies and honors our Holy Prophet ﷺ. Those who didn’t honor him ﷺ never had good endings; their ways ended. The believer never stops honoring him ﷺ. Honoring him ﷺ is the way to everything good.
People have become like beasts. If they’re angry they harm others. This is forbidden. If fires were fabricated, the biggest harm they’ve done is upon themselves and their families.
After the last breath, Allāh ﷻ will make mankind’s life flashes before their eyes. “If only” just won’t work anymore. It is with Allāh’s ﷻ permission that everything happens but mankind must beware of putting the blame of not worshipping on Him ﷻ.
In qiyāmah, people of hell will wish they can come back to life to do righteous deeds; but that can’t happen. Know the value of your life. How will one find its value? And what’s the worthless life?
It’s Allāh’s ﷻ command to follow the way of the Prophets He ﷻ sent. How will we fulfill this command? Beware for not recognizing Sunnah ultimately leads to losing īmān.
Because of waswasa some people fear the month of Safar. Give sadaqah, repent and ask forgiveness and do the Safar duties. Rely upon Allāh ﷻ and you will be under protection. Our Prophet ﷺ called it Safar ul-Khayr.
Fires have been breaking out everywhere now. Our Prophet ﷺ showed the way on how to extinguish the fire. Takbir extinguishes fire. Mawlānā witnessed that with Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim in Lefke.
Being upon Istiqāmah is the most important thing for mankind. What is Istiqāmah? It is shayṭān’s game to deceive people and separate them from Istiqāmah. Follow the command of Allāh ﷻ, and do not look at others.
Love makes everything alive; without it it’s dry. His ﷺ way is that of love. What are the attributes of the believer and that of the hypocrite? The believer believes and Allāh ﷻ shows his heart the truth.
“One rakat of tahajjud is worth a thousand rakats of worship during the day,” says Sayyidina Ahmad Al-Badawi. How do we perform tahajjud? And how does it affect spirituality?
Our Prophet ﷺ says, a believer never lies. He might do other sins, but he never lies. Lying is one of the major sins. Whoever gives a false testimony will bear the punishment here and hereafter.
If there is disagreement among believers, reconcile them says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. To elevate one’s īmān rank, a person must break his ego. He must displine his ego and reconcile with his mu’min brother.
A Muslim can be anything but a believer can only be with specific attributes. If one doesn’t have them, he decreases in rank. Our Prophet ﷺ says, a mu’min gets along well and people get along with him too.
Salawāt is the greatest benefit for people. People wish to see our Prophet ﷺ in their dream, but when one sends salāt and salām, our Prophet ﷺ immediately replies. Salawāt brings you closer.
There are many fitnahs nowadays regarding Qur’ān ‘Aẓīmu sh-Sha’n. Some say don’t read it. Some say read only the interpretation so that you understand. Some say read only the Qur’ān and don’t accept ḥadīths. These are shayṭān’s deceptions. Be vigilant and follow your Murshid.
People are deceived by crazy ones who say they are Mahdi. Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām hasn’t appeared yet. Stubbornness is a sign of disbelief. The way is clear. If deceived, he who has strayed should repent and return to the way of ḥaqq.
Allāh ﷻ creates a cause to elevate or lower whomever He ﷻ wants. Who is truly sincere always ascends; and that is spiritually. Strive to achieve service not to get involved in dunyā. Pharoah’s ego always exists. Fitnah is the affliction of those on the way.
We live in a time when every day there’s a new fitnah. A group of people are interpreting Qur’ān according to their minds and harming people. They can’t do that. Beware of that. Qur’ān is transmitted by him ﷺ and can only be taken from him ﷺ.
A powerful ayah turned our Prophet’s ﷺ hair gray: be upon Istiqāmah. It is an order from Allāh ﷻ to him ﷺ and those with him ﷺ. Istiqāmah is the essence of Islām. Our Prophet ﷺ is a Ruby among stones.
Allāh ﷻ has described the right way for people to follow in order to be at ease. What is the right way? People have abandoned goodness and have pursued evil following shayṭān, yet are surprised with the unease they live.
The right way is in front of us. Don’t look for other ways. People of old times had thought. They strived to do the Sunnah in everything. That is the best for both dunyā and ākhirah.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, we went on beautiful visits in Cyprus. It doesn’t matter who lives on a land. Hearts are in His ﷻ Hand. He ﷻ changes them as He ﷻ wants.
What Allāh ﷻ wills happens and what He ﷻ doesn’t will doesn’t happen. This is what believers must put in their minds. “Aslim Taslam.” When īmān is strong, one doesn’t care about anything.
Adhan is very important. It gives value to life. When it is not appreciated, a person knows its value then. Without it there’s a big void. Its benefits are endless.
Spiritual strength is in seeking the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ. People have forgotten ākhirah and are running fast after dunyā. They are the weak ones. We ask Allāh ﷻ to give us strength enough to defeat our egos.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, his ﷺ Ummah will split into seventy-three sects. All will be in hell, except one. Which is the Saved Sect and which are the others?
Allāh ﷻ and our Prophet ﷺ see everything we do. Work for both dunyā and ākhirah. Allāh ﷻ loves the hardworking not the lazy. Laziness is what shayṭān inculcates into people.
True knowledge is endless. Children nowadays are only studying to pass the exam. That’s not what’s important. Warn your children to study for the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ.
Allāh ﷻ says, days are numbered. The good, bad and holy days are all passing. We must appreciate the value of time to win. “Killing time” will only ruin you.
Ḥajj is a special worship. Non-Muslims go to a place and claim they became ḥajjīs. The one appointed by Allāh ﷻ has a designated time and place. In that worship, you return free from all sins.
Allāh ﷻ has given us an order to obey Ulī l-‘Amr or else you will go astray. Sometimes they are good but sometimes not. Not everything is as it seems. Make shukr and praise Him ﷻ.
Allāh ﷻ says, shayṭān is your enemy, take him as an enemy. Stay away from shayṭān and don’t be his friend. Don’t listen to what he says. His friendship is mischief.
The test of people is to be pleased with Allāh’s ﷻ will. Salvation is in making shukr for all the favors; īmān is superior to all favors. Contemplating for an hour is better than worshipping for seventy years.
It is Allāh’s ﷻ advice for us: Be with the Sādiqīn. Who are the Sādiqīn? And what happens then? The more one controls his ego, the more he remains steadfast.
Allāh ﷻ loves what’s straight and in order. Just as during tawāf in ḥajj, because people are not in order, Allāh ﷻ sends people to discipline their egos. Our egos deserve more.
Ḥajj is granted to who’s destined. AlhamduliLlah we were destined to go this year. We must make shukr and know its value. Allāh ﷻ is Al-Karīm, the Ḥajj of those turned back was accepted, in shā’a Llāh.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, He ﷻ has gifted us to go to ḥajj. It is destined to whoever has heard the adhan of Sayyidina Ibrahim. It is the most beautiful journey and has countless thawāb but people must be careful of their egos.
A strong Muslim is better than a weak one. Work in dunyā for ākhirah not for dunyā. If for the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ, wealth is strength and goodness. Muslims must have this understanding. They must distinguish this.
The miracles of our Prophet ﷺ are many and they remain until qiyāmah. One of them is the Conquest of Constantinople. There is a lot of wisdom behind it.
With shukr do favors increase and perpetuate. People research and strive to limit Allāh’s ﷻ Kingdom, but mankind’s mind and imagination cannot reach it. What the majority says is not true. The only truth is what Allāh ﷻ says.
We are entering the blessed ten days of Dhul Hijjah. Fasting and charity in these days is more virtuous. Ḥajj is a difficult worship. Ḥajjis must disconnect from dunyā focusing on this worship.
We live in a world of possibilities, as Rumī says. There is no guarantee for anything based on our actions or experience. Anything can be accepted or rejected by Allāh ﷻ. Our only guarantee for everything to be accepted is loving and mentioning him ﷺ.
Your children are a test and trust upon you. Strive to raise them on the way of Allāh ﷻ. While doing so, keep on the middle state. They are one of three deeds that you keep getting rewarded for after you die.
Allāh ﷻ guides whomever He ﷻ wants and doesn’t guide whomever He ﷻ wants. Many people are scared not to stray from the right way. To not go astray, follow him ﷺ and do a lesson, even if a little, every day without interruption.
Mawlana Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh ad-Dāghestānī would always repeat this Ayah. Obey Ulī l-‘Amr and don’t oppose them. Don’t interfere in their business. The Muslim should not cause harm for the sake of dunyā.
