Allāh’s ﷻ promise is true. He ﷻ promised us Paradise. Shayṭān is making people believe there’s nothing other than dunyā and no Creator. Don’t doubt Allāh’s ﷻ promise.
Right before qiyāmah, Allāh ﷻ will ascend the Qur’ān from dunyā and even erase it from the Hāfiz’s minds. Until then, the Qur’ān is under Allāh’s ﷻ protection. People of shayṭān can strive as much as they want; it’s in vain.
We are living in the end of times. Everyone now is under the control and ruling of the ego. No one is putting his ego under his control. As it’s still small, don’t give it any chance; be superior over it.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, Allāh ﷻ loves those who repent. There’s certainly not one hour that mankind spends without sin. Repentance cleanses mankind spiritually and lifts off the burden of sins.
People ask, “How did our Holy Prophet ﷺ and the ṣaḥābah live?” Everything he ﷺ did and said is Sunnah. Our intention is to perform his ﷺ Sunnah as much as we can.
We live in a dangerous time. One should be aware of the cheaters. Everything is okay as long as one has his īmān safe. Cheaters of ākhirah lead you to hell.
Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says, alcohol is the mother of all evils. We are ordered to stay away from everything that nullifies the mind. Mind is a gift. These substances are never permitted whatsoever.
It is the characteristic of a believer that he only does good and never harms. He desires everything to be as Allāh ﷻ wills. And he doesn’t transgress the limits put by Allāh ﷻ.
Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says, those who procrastinate and delay their actions have perished. When delaying, it becomes a habit for mankind and then leads to laziness. It’s uncertain whether tomorrow’s coming.
Allāh ﷻ says that the greatest, most perfect proof is the existence of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. People today are ignorant; denying Allāh ﷻ. Everything without Allāh ﷻ is void. We are merely shadows. Ignorance is worse than scabies.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, spend; for when you spend for the pleasure of Allāh ﷻ, even spending on yourself is considered sadaqah. People live an empty life but a Muslim is benefiting every minute of his life.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, we should recite the Names of Allāh ﷻ. Mawlānā answers people’s inquiry about which dhikr or name of Allāh ﷻ we should recite daily, and highlights its significance upon our lives.
Mawlana Sheikh ‘Abdu Llāh used to say: “Mankind has four enemies.” The greatest is the ego. Don’t do what the enemy wants! Don’t compromise! What’s the cure for addiction and gambling?
Allāh ﷻ has made all creatures subservient to mankind. But mankind never mentions Allāh ﷻ and denies Him ﷻ. Knowledge is that which makes us know Allāh ﷻ. Otherwise it’s nothing but ignorance.
“An hour of contemplation is better than seventy years of worship”, says our Prophet ﷺ. It’s so important that it saves a person here and hereafter; leading him to the right way.
Night prayer is a favor from Allāh ﷻ and our Prophet ﷺ for us. What are the virtues of night prayer? How can one wake up for tahajjud? And what prayers are performed?
Our Prophet ﷺ has taught us the boundaries of mourning. Yesterday was ‘Ashūra. Some weep, yell and beat themselves. This is an unnecessary burden and sin. What are the boundaries of mourning? And what should we say and do?
Honor the blessed day of ‘Ashūra. Our Prophet ﷺ honored it and commanded us to honor it. Following him ﷺ is our way to salvation. Disbelief is not a skill. Regret here before it’s too late.
People now are unjust and stand with the unjust; thinking they’ve gained and it’s over. You may have not been caught in dunyā, but in ākhirah, you will be caught. Always be with the truth and the righteous; Allāh ﷻ will honor you here and hereafter.
It’s our duty to live, love and hate for Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure. People are now following the shayṭānic education system; initially by force, and later of their own free will. This system forces mankind into a single mold; “Study, study.” Instead of being afraid of Allāh ﷻ, they’re afraid of the future and their livelihood.
Laziness is an undesirable trait. Allāh ﷻ says, finish one deed then directly start another. Prophets and Awliyā’ worked to earn their livelihood and to constantly serve Islām. Consequently, you’ll be safe from shayṭān.
Allāh ﷻ has informed us of the occurrences of qīyamah. People choose to fear this and that and not fear Allāh ﷻ. They believe mankind-made words and not Allāh’s ﷻ blessed words. Īmān is believing everything He ﷻ said will happen in its time.
Praise is only for Allāh ﷻ. Thanks can be to everyone but praise is His ﷻ only. Praise Allāh ﷻ in goodness and what you perceive as badness: your rank will rise and hardship will disappear.
Most people are not on the right way; only a few are. It’s easier for mankind to follow their egos. Look, the right way is clear. Don’t say, “All people are doing this, it must be right.” Following the herd will lead you astray.
In the ḥadīth lesson yesterday, we read a ḥadīth of our Prophet ﷺ in which he tells us three beautiful teachings. Overcoming one’s ego and following them is a means to a person’s lifelong goodness, beauty and happiness, both here and hereafter.
Today is the 1st of Muḥarram. This year will be better, in shā’a Llāh. Days and years pass in an instant. But when on the way of Allāh ﷻ, it becomes a full and meaningful year. Years shouldn’t be wasted. May it be the year of Mahdi (as).
People often congratulate each other for the Gregorian New Year. Tonight, with the Maghrib adhān, is the start of the Hijrī New Year. Remind each other of it and fast two days including ‘Āshūra.
Being from his ﷺ ummah is the greatest honor. Allāh ﷻ forgives whatever is done unintentionally or under duress; and that’s granted only to his ﷺ ummah. Those who understand its value will gain here and hereafter.
The migration of our Holy Prophet ﷺ has become the Islamic New Year; starting from Muḥarram. It marks the start of Islamic history. We must honor and respect everything that reminds us of the Hereafter, Allāh ﷻ and our Prophet ﷺ.
Fitnah is bad even in things that seem right. Whatever your Shaykh says is the right thing; not what your mind says. Intend and pray behind the imām. Pure intention is more important than the deed.
Everyone must say this beautiful du’ā’ of our Prophet ﷺ. Allāh ﷻ is the Creator. He ﷻ is the only One who knows our states and knows what’s best for us. O Allāh ﷻ choose what’s for our goodness.
Today is the first of holy Dhul Ḥijjah. These are the blessed ten days Allāh ﷻ swears upon. Some people fast these days and not Ramaḍān. No sunnah or wājib can replace the farḍ. May Allāh ﷻ protect us from such deviations.
Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim’s karamāt and tasarruf continue even more after their passing. One of his karamāt which we witnessed was Tayyu z-Zamān. The most important karāmah is to remain steadfast on the way.
In old times, they taught and had “Adab al-Muashara”, “Ethics of Decent Behavior, Social Etiquette”. Nowadays, everyone acts according to their own minds. Today, Adab is only found in ṭarīqah. Lack of Adab is the cause of the lack of peace today.
Many people enter ṭarīqah then ask, “What shall we do now?” Remain steadfast and hold firmly to this way. Continuity is the greatest karāmāh. That’s how you win here and hereafter.
Allāh ﷻ does whatever He ﷻ wants. And everything He ﷻ does is good for the believer only. The unbeliever doesn’t see goodness even in the best of things. Don’t object or complain but possess īmān.
Ḥijāmah has its method and etiquette. Nowadays, anyone with knowledge or without is doing Ḥijāmah. They are even just pumping which is harmful. Beware of the correct days and time of doing Ḥijāmah.
The essence of ṭarīqah is adab and love. The first adab must be towards Allāh ﷻ. Secondly is love. Many people ask, “How can I become an Awliyā’?” A person is with whom he loves.
Allāh ﷻ bestowed special names of His ﷻ upon the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ. Some can be recited without permission and some must be with permission. How can a person become in a constant state of dhikr, remembrance?
Ḥajj is fard; don’t postpone fard. Everyone must make intention to go to ḥajj for the sake of Allāh ﷻ and take a step. There are all sorts of impediments so intention is important.
Allāh ﷻ says, “Do and We will see your deeds.” What’s īmān and belief in the unseen? Many Muslims have no īmān because they don’t have a Murshid. Ṭarīqah is the way of īmān. What’s the harm of ṭarīqah?
Allāh ﷻ has created mankind and put in them good and evil. But evil is more pleasing to the human ego. Doing righteous deeds is difficult for them. Stay away from sins and overcome your ego.
This journey was for Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure; it brought peace and happiness to our hearts and our brothers’ hearts. What gives true happiness is only one thing. Everything else is false and appealing to the ego.
Today is the first of Dhul Qa’dah. We respect and love everything our Prophet ﷺ loves. So we must cling onto his ﷺ way. Today we are also traveling to our brothers (Europe), may Allāh ﷻ help them not fall prey to shayṭān.
The head of wisdom is the fear of Allāh ﷻ. What is wisdom? People now teach their children nonsense from morning till evening then get surprised why they’ve lost their humanity. Allāh ﷻ has entrusted them to you: teach them the fear of Allāh ﷻ.
Allāh ﷻ guides whomever He ﷻ wants. We must make shukr for the favor of īmān and the favor of ṭarīqah. That gift brings us eternal happiness here and hereafter, for with gratitude favors perpetuate.
Shawwāl has come to an end and the start of these three sacred months has approached: Dhul-Qa’dah. Partial seclusion is done in this month. Don’t be concerned about the state of the world; continue with your duty.
Allāh ﷻ has given our Prophet ﷺ and his ﷺ ummah 99 of His ﷻ names. One of them is the Greatest Name of Allāh ﷻ. It is a secret. Of course, those who possess it don’t deviate from Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure.
Being with Allāh ﷻ and remembering Him ﷻ every moment is the most beautiful thing. Everything you do will be good then. That is what a beautiful life is. That is what the most beneficial life is. This is the motto of ṭarīqah. So, how can we achieve that?
Fitnahs of the end of times are great. The worst of them is the bad scholar. They harm people both spiritually and materially. They claim to renew and reform Islām. And they are against ṭarīqah. Neither believe them nor listen to them!
Don’t think of evil negatively. Allāh ﷻ will create good in it. Shayṭān decieves people. Just watch what the outcome will be; it’s always good. To those who rebel, whether in their hearts or by speaking it, repent and seek forgiveness from Allāh ﷻ!
Oppression is darkness. Don’t incline towards the oppressors or else fire will touch you. Protect yourself. Do not comment on anything, Allāh ﷻ will be with you and protect you.
Whatever Allāh ﷻ wills happens. Our Prophet ﷺ says, when Allāh ﷻ wants someone to do something unusual, He ﷻ takes away his mind and makes him do it. We are now in the Manifestation of the name “As-Sabūr.”
Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim used to say, one must appreciate life while still alive. Don’t waste your precious time and life in useless works. Know the value of this precious jewel.
Allāh ﷻ protects the believers. Whoever is with Allāh ﷻ is always victorious and safe. One’s heart mustn’t incline towards evil. Hold firmly onto the way of Allāh ﷻ and remain of the way of truth.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, “Never ask for tests, but ask for beneficence.” Tests are difficult to carry; beneficence is easy and good. In your du’ā’s always say, “O Allāh ﷻ, Treat us with Your beneficence.”
Our Prophet ﷺ tells us that the jinn realized that as mankind, jinns also lie in the name of Allāh ﷻ. Beware! Do not sell your ākhirah for the sake of the temporary dunyā. Seek forgiveness everday for the known and unknown.
If a person lives according to Allāh’s ﷻ way, as Allāh ﷻ commands, he will be at ease in every respect; both physically and spiritually. Don’t have much waswasa about your health but live as Allāh ﷻ orders.
There is reward and punishment; and accordingly there is Paradise and hell. Islām is goodness; shayṭān and his followers are evil. Who destroys his ego and obeys Allāh ﷻ will be in Paradise forever.
Favors and the attribute of reminding of those favors belongs only to Allāh ﷻ. If people do so, it will make them lower. Be grateful to Allāh ﷻ and give without reminding.
What’s Most Important in Life Is Allāh’s ﷻ Pleasure
Days and months are passing by quickly and so life passes by. The most important thing in life is Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure in every affair of yours. This is what will bring you comfort and happiness. Otherwise, it’s worry and anxiety for yourself and your family.
The great miracle of the Qur’ān was revealed in the holy month of Ramaḍān. Qur’ān penetrates people’s hearts and souls. Reading one Juz of the Qur’ān is in our Daily Duties; nothing else can replace it.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, a believer must say good or remain silent. They must evaluate whether what they speak is good or not. Also, it’s the time of silence and staying home. Saying something bad will harm you nowadays.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, whoever provides iftār to someone fasting will attain the same reward of that one. Whoever fasts is lucky; he experiences a beauty that isn’t found elsewhere. There are two joys for the fasting person.
Shayṭān never stops; especially from attacking those not following him. He is the enemy of humanity. Allāh ﷻ says, he is the greatest enemy, don’t befriend him! Stay away from his soldiers! Salvation from him is in holding onto sharī’ah and ṭarīqah.
Who are the luckiest ones? And who are the unlucky ones? Whoever Allāh ﷻ guides, no one can lead astray; and whoever Allāh ﷻ leads astray, no one can guide him. Make shukr to Allāh ﷻ and pray to stay steadfast on this way.
Allāh ﷻ says, Speak the truth; however wants to believe can believe and whoever doesn’t want can not. Muslims are naive and easily deceived; that’s how they destroyed the Ottoman Empire. There is one scale that if you follow you’ll know the truth.
Allāh ﷻ says, “It is My month. No one can question what I do. Ask and I will give you.” It is a blessed month when everything is more rewarded. Do all kinds of goodness and ask from the Most Generous in Ramaḍān.
This āyah shows the purpose of our lives. Our everything must be for the sake of Allāh ﷻ. Pray and don’t think about Khushu’; shayṭāns are trying to make people away from Islām in all kinds of ways.
Our Prophet ﷺ says that the best in everything is the middle state. Don’t be too lax or too strict with your children. Learn to be moderate with them.
Worship in Ramaḍān is rewarded countlessly by Allāh ﷻ. You mustn’t ruin the fasting of the entire month of Ramaḍān just for 5 to 10 minutes. Pay attention to the matter of iftār and imsāk and don’t listen to ignorant ones.
Allāh ﷻ orders us to do good and stay away from evil. This is our duty as people of ṭarīqah. At least, avoid sins for Allāh’s ﷻ mercy to bestow upon you, eventually leading you to doing goodness.
A lot of confusion happened at the beginning of Ramaḍān. To avoid invalidating your fast, conform to the country you are in. Fast with the congregation and celebrate Eid with the congregation.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, we were granted to visit the holy ones in Iraq. No one returns empty-handed when visiting holy ones for Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure. Their Himmah continues and their spiritual strength becomes greater after passing away.
Allāh ﷻ created mankind to sin so that He ﷻ forgives them. If one even forgets to repent, he will fall even more into sins and cannot escape the swamp. Asking forgiveness and repentance is one of the greatest favors from Allāh ﷻ.
Gambling is a great disease and affliction. Shayṭān has ruined the Islamic world with it. People come asking du’ā’ for this. Allāh’s ﷻ order is: Don’t help in evil.
Allāh ﷻ shows us in Qur’ān that in ākhirah, unless Allāh ﷻ saves a person, he will be together with the bad friends in hell and regret it. Beware O youth of those friends leading you astray in school or university. Be on the way of Allāh ﷻ to be saved.
Be with the righteous and truthful ones. You can attain Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure through that; which is also important to keep our humanity. Without Allāh’s ﷻ pleasure people fall below the level of animals.
Two we must hasten in: prayer before we miss it and repentance before we die. If you miss prayer, pray it as Qada’ but don’t leave it. Repent everyday to not leave anything for ākhirah.
Waswasah is from shayṭān. It is a terrible disease; beware of it infecting you. Don’t listen to those hypocrites making waswasah about prayer and ablution. Pray quickly and fulfill your obligations and duties.
Be careful. People nowadays only think of pleasure and frivolity. Allāh ﷻ sees everything we do. Don’t waste your time and efforts in unnecessary things; let them be on Allāh’s ﷻ way.
Mawlānā is saddened by what’s happened lately in ṭarīqah. Division saddens our Prophet ﷺ and pleases shayṭān. Weigh your words. Stand in unity against shayṭān. Don’t think you can win hearts by talking.
Tomorrow we will be observing the blessed Laylatul Mi’rāj, in shā’a Llāh. A kāfir might say that it was a dream or so, but a Muslim mustn’t resemble the kāfir. To believe in his ﷺ Mi’rāj is a blessing and virtue.
Our Prophet ﷺ says, in the end of times fitnah is as the darkness of the night. “What is our duty?” they ask. Protect and watch over your family. Shayṭān and his followers are releasing poison from all aspects.
Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, our wish from Mawlānā to become neighbors of Eyüp Sultan has become true. Dominion belongs to Allāh ﷻ. He ﷻ gives it to whomever He ﷻ wants. He ﷻ makes whomever He ﷻ wants Azīz or Dhalīl.
Everything our Prophet ﷺ did is beneficial for all humanity; not only Muslims. Now those supposedly smart Muslims don’t believe anything unless a doctor says it. You must believe everything our Prophet ﷺ says and act upon it; in eating, health, daily life and actions.
Above each knowledge is knowledge superior to it. We mustn’t be surprised by this worldy knowledge of AI. It is nothing and not even a speck of dust compared to Allāh’s ﷻ knowledge. Even comparison is impossible. Benefit is to submit and surrender to Him ﷻ.
Allāh ﷻ has given mankid mind to not be deceived by shayṭān but He ﷻ says, shayṭān leads people astray; whether the unbelievers, people of the book or Muslims. Still, they will be punished for every doing.
