Harming Others Is Forbidden

People have become like beasts. If they’re angry they harm others. This is forbidden. If fires were fabricated, the biggest harm they’ve done is upon themselves and their families.

Hadith Lesson: Adornment of Eid and Consequences of Immorality

Hadith Lesson every Tuesday after Dhuhr prayer with Mawlana Sheikh Muhammad Adil ar-Rabbani

The Anguish of “If Only…”

After the last breath, Allāh ﷻ will make mankind’s life flashes before their eyes. “If only” just won’t work anymore. It is with Allāh’s ﷻ permission that everything happens but mankind must beware of putting the blame of not worshipping on Him ﷻ.

Know the Value of Life

In qiyāmah, people of hell will wish they can come back to life to do righteous deeds; but that can’t happen. Know the value of your life. How will one find its value? And what’s the worthless life?

Fulfill His ﷻ Order in Following the Sunnah

It’s Allāh’s ﷻ command to follow the way of the Prophets He ﷻ sent. How will we fulfill this command? Beware for not recognizing Sunnah ultimately leads to losing īmān.

The Only Regret of People of Paradise

There is no sadness or any badness in Paradise, but believers will have only one regret; if only they have done so in dunyā.

Don’t Fear Safar ul-Khayr

Because of waswasa some people fear the month of Safar. Give sadaqah, repent and ask forgiveness and do the Safar duties. Rely upon Allāh ﷻ and you will be under protection. Our ‎Prophet ﷺ called it Safar ul-Khayr.

How to Extinguish Great Fires

Fires have been breaking out everywhere now. Our ‎Prophet ﷺ showed the way on how to extinguish the fire. Takbir extinguishes fire. Mawlānā witnessed that with Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim in Lefke.

Istiqāmah Is What’s Most Important for Mankind

Being upon Istiqāmah is the most important thing for mankind. What is Istiqāmah? It is shayṭān’s game to deceive people and separate them from Istiqāmah. Follow the command of Allāh ﷻ, and do not look at others.

Hadith Lesson: Prohibitions of Friday Prayer

Hadith Lesson every Tuesday after Dhuhr prayer with Mawlana Sheikh Muhammad Adil ar-Rabbani

The Attributes of Believers and Hypocrites

Love makes everything alive; without it it’s dry. His ﷺ way is that of love. What are the attributes of the believer and that of the hypocrite? The believer believes and Allāh ﷻ shows his heart the truth.

Tahajjud Strengthens the Spirituality

“One rakat of tahajjud is worth a thousand rakats of worship during the day,” says Sayyidina Ahmad Al-Badawi. How do we perform tahajjud? And how does it affect spirituality?

The Believer Never Lies

Our ‎Prophet ﷺ says, a believer never lies. He might do other sins, but he never lies. Lying is one of the major sins. Whoever gives a false testimony will bear the punishment here and hereafter.

Reconcile Mu’min Brothers

If there is disagreement among believers, reconcile them says Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. To elevate one’s īmān rank, a person must break his ego. He must displine his ego and reconcile with his mu’min brother.

A Special Attribute of the Believer

A Muslim can be anything but a believer can only be with specific attributes. If one doesn’t have them, he decreases in rank. Our ‎Prophet ﷺ says, a mu’min gets along well and people get along with him too.

Salawāt Brings You Closer

Salawāt is the greatest benefit for people. People wish to see our Prophet ﷺ in their dream, but when one sends salāt and salām, our Prophet ﷺ immediately replies. Salawāt brings you closer.

Fitnahs Regarding Qur’ān

There are many fitnahs nowadays regarding Qur’ān ‘Aẓīmu sh-Sha’n. Some say don’t read it. Some say read only the interpretation so that you understand. Some say read only the Qur’ān and don’t accept ḥadīths. These are shayṭān’s deceptions. Be vigilant and follow your Murshid.

Al-Mahdi Hasn’t Appeared Yet

People are deceived by crazy ones who say they are Mahdi. Mahdi ‘alayhi s-salām hasn’t appeared yet. Stubbornness is a sign of disbelief. The way is clear. If deceived, he who has strayed should repent and return to the way of ḥaqq.

Hadith Lesson: Deeds to Attain More Rewards on Friday

Hadith Lesson every Tuesday after Dhuhr prayer with Mawlana Sheikh Muhammad Adil ar-Rabbani

Strive for Service Not Dunyā

Allāh ﷻ creates a cause to elevate or lower whomever He ﷻ wants. Who is truly sincere always ascends; and that is spiritually. Strive to achieve service not to get involved in dunyā. Pharoah’s ego always exists. Fitnah is the affliction of those on the way.

Beware of Those Interpreting Qur’ān

We live in a time when every day there’s a new fitnah. A group of people are interpreting Qur’ān according to their minds and harming people. They can’t do that. Beware of that. Qur’ān is transmitted by him ﷺ and can only be taken from him ﷺ.

Be Upon Istiqāmah as Ordered

A powerful ayah turned our ‎Prophet’s ﷺ hair gray: be upon Istiqāmah. It is an order from Allāh ﷻ to him ﷺ and those with him ﷺ. Istiqāmah is the essence of Islām. Our ‎Prophet ﷺ is a Ruby among stones.

How to Be at Ease in Dunyā?

Allāh ﷻ has described the right way for people to follow in order to be at ease. What is the right way? People have abandoned goodness and have pursued evil following shayṭān, yet are surprised with the unease they live.

Don’t Look for Other Ways

The right way is in front of us. Don’t look for other ways. People of old times had thought. They strived to do the Sunnah in everything. That is the best for both dunyā and ākhirah.

Hearts Are in His ﷻ Hand

Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, we went on beautiful visits in Cyprus. It doesn’t matter who lives on a land. Hearts are in His ﷻ Hand. He ﷻ changes them as He ﷻ wants.

Everlasting Benefit of Mosque Builders

Those who build mosques are believers in Allāh ﷻ, His ﷻ Messenger ﷺ, and the Last Day. Whoever is granted this is fortunate, as the reward continues until Qiyāmah – even if the mosque is destroyed. Our Ottoman ancestors built many mosques, and it is only such righteous deeds that remain. Reviving their mosques brings barakah and becomes a means for guidance and light.

Know Your Helplessness, Turn to Allāh ﷻ

Minds stand bewildered before Allāh’s ﷻ dominion, and not even all the wisdom in the universe can reach a single point of it. He ﷻ is our Majestic Lord, yet people learn two things and begin to think they are something. Allāh ﷻ created us from earth, and to earth we will return, but many are deceived by ideas like space travel. Knowledge is given so we may see our helplessness and turn to Him ﷻ for mercy and forgiveness – but mankind is quickly deceived by shayṭān.

Martyrdom Is the Highest Rank in Islām

Wherever the ṣaḥābah went, light and barakah appeared. Hala Sultan came to Cyprus, as the Prophet ﷺ told her, and became a martyr there. Martyrdom is a great rank, not a bad thing, desired by all the ṣaḥābah. Sayyidunā Ḥusayn (as) and his companions drank martyrdom like sweet sherbet. They are not dead – their blessings and spiritual care remain alive. They give to whoever asks, according to each person’s need. May their help, barakah, and protection be upon us.

‘Āshūrā’ – A Gift from Allāh ﷻ

‘Āshūrā’ is a blessed gift that Allāh ﷻ gave to all people. Many prophets were saved or raised in rank on this day. Fasting on this day brings the reward of thirty days. Those who give charity, spend on their family, use kohl, and make ghusl find health and barakah. Sayyidunā Ḥusayn (as) was granted the highest honour – Leader of the Martyrs.

The Group on the Path of Truth

There will always be a group from the ummah upon the truth, following the way of the Prophet ﷺ. They remain on this path until Qiyāmah. They are people of ṭarīqah, connected through the Prophet ﷺ, the ṣaḥābah, the tābi‘īn, and the mashāyikh. This is the path of truth, and those who follow it will be safe. May Allāh ﷻ grant us to remain on this path.

The Greatest Jihād Is Against Your Ego

Muḥarram is the last of the four sacred months in which Allāh ﷻ forbade war. Jihād is necessary, but only under the command of an amīr. Many today are deceived into false jihād that brings only ruin. The greatest jihād is against your ego – a daily battle we often lose but must keep fighting, especially by being aware not to be deceived by those who have no respect for the Prophet ﷺ and mislead others.
