Mankind is sinful; whether knowingly or unknowingly. Allāh ﷻ forgives all sins when the servant repents; there’s no doubt in that. As for the rights of others, one must seek their forgiveness.
Dunyā is useless. You can keep it as such or turn it into benefit. It is in your hands and that’s by intention. Our intention is is to please Allāh ﷻ. Don’t strive in vain if your intention is bad.
This is Rabi’ Al-Awwal, the month of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. Anyone with mind and logic knows that loving and honoring him ﷺ is obligatory. They claim to memorize Qur’ān but don’t know his ﷺ greatness.. Where is their mind, logic and humanity?!
Nothing in dunyā is in vain; believers know that. A solar eclipse is a divine decree and wisdom, a sign from Allāh ﷻ. If seen, one must pray and recite long surahs as a means for the alleviation of the difficult states.
Today is the last Wednesday of Safar. Nothing stays put; everything passes. Sadaqah removes all affliction with Allāh’s ﷻ permission. Next month is the blessed Rabi’ al-Awwal, our Prophet’s ﷺ birth month.
Allāh ﷻ says, be on the right way. Don’t let anyone deviate you from the way of truth of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. What’s very important is to love and respect the companions and Ahlu l-Bayt.
Choosing a good friend is very important since childhood. Even if busy, you must be aware of your children’s friends and help them in finding the good one. A friend can either be a blessing or affliction for a person here and hereafter.
In the Friday Khutbah, we told the ḥadīth that mentions the four signs of a hypocrite. Who has them four is an absolute hypocrite. But who has one, can easily get rid of it. What are these four characteristics?
You may love a football club but true sincerity mustn’t be towards it. True sincerity must be towards Allāh ﷻ, towards what’s actually precious. Know where to show your sincerity.
When people hear “ṭarīqah”, they imagine they’ll be burdened with stones and forced to carry them. There’s nothing like that. Religion is ease not difficulty. What is ṭarīqah actually?
Our Prophet ﷺ says that the one who guides to goodness attains the same reward as the one who does it. The main goal of Islām is doing good. Shayṭān does not remain idle and attacks but the one on Allāh’s ﷻ way continues without paying attention to that.
Be aware! Don’t imitate those who claim certain acts as Sunnah but initially reject Sunnah and dislike our Prophet ﷺ. What’s their most prominent characteristic? Everything in Sunnah is clear; how to dress, pray, etc.
Many people don’t listen and don’t understand. Even when they come asking for advice, they don’t listen. They expect the same answer. Understanding is not only that of the mind but also of the heart.
Every son of Ādam is a sinner but the best among them is who repents and seeks forgiveness. Mind your own state and don’t see yourself superior to others. Make du’ā’ for protection from sins.
Seeking knowledge is obligatory for Muslims. Our gatherings are that of knowledge, for giving advice for the sake of Allāh ﷻ. We must tame our ego and accept advice.
Whoever prefers dunyā over ākhirah his end will be hell. Ego destroys people. Our Prophet ﷺ says, dunyā is not even a blink of an eye. Eternal is the ākhirah. Do what is difficult for the ego.
